Treatment & Booking Policy

Salon Policy

We are committed to providing a high standard of care in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. 

To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, please review and follow the policies outlined below.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundablenon-transferable, and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to book appointments with adequate notice to use the voucher before the expiry date.

  • Vouchers can be purchased in person or posted to the recipient. A postage & packaging (P&P) charge applies for postal delivery.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the booked treatment value.

  • Cancellation fees must be paid in full before any further appointments can be scheduled.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments late or fail to attend may be required to pay a deposit to secure future bookings, at the salon’s discretion.

  • We appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling to allow other clients the opportunity to book.

Lateness to Appointments

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened, or an alternative treatment will be offered within the remaining appointment time.

  • In all cases, the full treatment fee will still apply.

  • If you are running late, please contact us at your earliest opportunity.

Appointment Reminders

  • You will receive SMS and/or email reminders 48 hours before your appointment.

  • These are sent as a courtesy only; it is the client’s responsibility to attend, cancel, or reschedule within the required timeframes.

Patch Testing

  • Some treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Patch tests are valid for 6 months.

  • For waxing treatments, you must inform us if you are using active skin products such as Vitamin CRetinoids, or chemical exfoliants, as these may cause skin lifting or irritation.

  • The salon accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions if this is not disclosed at the time of booking or consultation.

Consent & Medical History

  • Certain treatments require clients to complete a consent form before the appointment.

  • Written consent is mandatory. No treatment can be performed without a signed form.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or medication changes before every treatment.

Under 16s Policy

  • Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide written consent for the treatment.

  • For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must not accompany adults to appointments, due to the nature of the treatments and salon environment.

Payments

  • We accept cash and card payments.

  • Payment plans are available for courses or memberships. Please enquire with the salon team.

  • deposit may be required to secure bookings for specific treatments or packages.

 

Hair Removal & Laser Skin Rejuvenation Courses

 

Hair Removal Courses

  • Valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

  • Require a patch test 48 hours prior to your first session (valid for 6 months).

  • Maintenance packages (3 sessions) are valid for 12 months.

Laser Skin Rejuvenation (Laser Genesis, 2D, Limelight)

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Limelight treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior, valid for 6 months.

Course Terms

  • Courses are non-transferable and non-extendable, except under exceptional circumstances.

  • deposit is required to secure any course.

  • Payment in full or via an approved payment plan is available.

  • We recommend pre-booking sessions to ensure availability within the course period.

Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

  • Deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice, or can be held on account for future use.

  • Deposits not used within 12 months may be redeemed by the salon without notice.

  • You may cancel your course within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. In this case, a credit for the full amount can be used on other products/services.

  • If any sessions have been used, the full individual session rate will be deducted from your refund or credit.

  • If you stop attending partway through a course, completed sessions will be charged at the standard treatment rate, and any outstanding balance must be paid.

Account Facility

  • Clients may pay for treatment plans/courses using an account facility.

  • If the full balance is not paid, a £50 admin fee applies, and the plan/course will be terminated.

Treatment Pricing

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • Treatment pricing may change and is subject to adjustment without notice.

  • All prices will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation.

Product Purchases

  • If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact the salon within 48 hours from the date of purchase.

  • We operate a no-refund policy for product purchases.

  • Exchanges may be offered at the salon’s discretion based on the condition of the product and circumstances.

  • Click & Collect or postage services are available for all product purchases.

Complaints

We are committed to treating every client with professionalism, care, and respect.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, you may raise your concern in person, by phone, or in writing.
