Treatment & Booking Policy

Consultations & Consent
Consultations are priced at £25 and are redeemable against products and or services on the day of consultation. 
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that they provide us with relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.
Patient’s will be required to read and sign the relevant consent forms prior to treatment. We are unable to provide any treatment without your written consent.
 
Payments
We accept cash or card payments and have payment options available for courses or memberships. Please enquire with the clinic. 
 
Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased in clinic or via our website: www.completeskinlaserclinic.com and are valid for 12 months. Vouchers are redeemable against products and or services. Vouchers cannot be extended past the validity period as stated. 
 
Late Arrival 

We request if you are going to be late to your appointment to contact us at your soonest convenience. Our time is scheduled for you and we will do our best to accommodate your request. An alternative service, treatment may be offered to you depending on the time remaining in your allocated appointment time or the treatment may be altered. 

Treatment Preparation

Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required for your treatment. If you do not follow the guidance this may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged. For certain treatments, we ask that you are prepared for your treatment. 

Treatment Courses

Hair Removal courses are valid for 18 months and require a patch test prior to treatment 48 hours before. Patch tests are valid for 6 months. 

Hair Removal maintenance courses of 3 sessions are valid for 12 months. 

Laser Skin Rejuvenation courses (Laser Genesis, 2D, Limelight) are valid for 12 months. Limelight treatments will require a patch test 48 hours before and are valid for 6 months. 

Courses will not be extended past the validity period only under exceptional circumstances and are non transferrable. 

A deposit is required to secure all courses, payment options are available to pay the remaining balance, or payment in full of the course on the day of purchase. 

All deposits are fully refundable should you need to cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice. Deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments and or product purchase. Should deposits remain unclaimed following twelve months of inactivity, we reserved the right to redeem the deposit without notice. All deposits that are eligible for a refund, should they be cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice and will be refunded to you within 48 hours. 

Following purchase of your course if you do not wish to proceed you have 14 days to cancel. A credit for the remaining course balance will be made available for you to redeem against other products and services if paid in full. This credit will be based on the course price less the individual treatment cost. 

If following the commencement of a course, and you no longer wish to proceed, any treatments carried out will be priced at the individual price and the difference in treatment price will be required to be settled before the course can be cancelled.

We would recommend when purchasing a course of treatments that your treatments are pre booked, so we can facilitate your requirements.

We offer all clients an account facility within our booking software to pay off treatment courses / plans. If the remaining balance of the course / plan is not settled, an administration fee of £50 applies & the course / plan will be terminated. 

Complaints

We endeavour to treat all patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment or service and you wish to lodge a complaint, please either contact us in person, telephone or in writing. Our full complaints policy is available upon request.
